Samuel Kail said his reputation is on the line each time he refers someone to the Southaven Chamber of Commerce, and he has no reservations doing so.
“When I refer someone, my name’s on the line,” Kail said. He added that whether someone needs an introduction, a connection or simply walks in to be part of the community, he expects they will be taken care of by the chamber.
Kail said his confidence in the chamber’s handling of referrals is the reason he refers people repeatedly.
