Here is this week’s List of Remarkable Women:

• Debbie King’s remarkable journey from assistant director to director of the Southaven Chamber is a testament to her unwavering dedication and leadership. • Susan Rutherford of the DeSoto County Economic Development Council spearheads initiatives driving economic growth and prosperity in the region.

• Hazel Burks inspires with her commitment to community service and acts of kindness that leave a lasting impact.

• Monica Renee Emery, the creative force behind MRE Media Works, brings stories to life through her unparalleled vision and storytelling prowess. She also advocates for more women to be recognized for their contributions in film and sports.

• Angela Merryman Brasfield, SVP of Pinnacle Financial Partners, combines financial expertise with philanthropic efforts, making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

• Dr. Amelia Cole, PhD, co-founder of Aquila & Priscilla Marriage Ministries and co-host of Marriage Talk TV, provides invaluable guidance and support to couples, strengthening marriages one conversation at a time.

• Dr. Merica Lyons, Co-CEO of ShotRX, not only excels in the medical field, but also advocates tirelessly for her community’s total well-being and advancement.

• Hannah Attaway, Assistant Pastor and Women’s Ministry Director at Hope Church Memphis, uplifts and empowers women through her inspiring leadership and unwavering faith.

• Denise Silas, CEO of Empowered by DS, leads with innovation and passion, empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.

• Meredith Brown Biesinger, M.Ed, LDT, an Education Specialist and Professional Writer, illuminates the path to learning for students of all abilities, fostering a brighter future for generations to come.

• Demetria Bowers Adair, Co-Founder of Two Sistahs and Owner of Dainty’s Fabulous Accessories & Custom Tees, demonstrates unwavering commitment to serving and supporting the homeless, embodying the spirit of compassion and community upliftment.

• Sarita Drake, Executive Director of House of Grace, provides sanctuary and support for those in need, embodying compassion and dedication in her tireless efforts to uplift the women she serves.
