Lt. Steiner completed the FBI-LEEDA trilogy this week, his department said in a statement.
FBI-LEEDA describes the trilogy as a three-part leadership development program for law enforcement. It includes the Supervisor Leadership Institute, the Command Leadership Institute and the Executive Leadership Institute, FBI-LEEDA says.
FBI-LEEDA says the program is designed to build skills in areas such as diversity, strategic planning and wellness for officers in leadership roles.
Officers who complete all three institutes receive the Trilogy Award, FBI-LEEDA says. The department said it congratulated Steiner and praised his investment in sharpening his leadership skills.
