Hernando-based baker and author Victoria Franklin Jones joins local chamber

Victoria Franklin Jones, owner of The Buttercream Queen and a local children’s author, has joined the chamber of commerce in Hernando. Jones, a resident of Hernando, is a wife and mother of two, and she operates a small business creating custom cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for various celebrations, according to a chamber news release.

Jones is praised for her attention to detail and artistic designs, helping families mark special moments with her baked treats. She recently published her first children’s book, “Michael’s Big Adventure,” inspired by her son Michael and their dog Maggie. The book highlights themes of family, adventure, and treasured memories.

She will hold a book signing at Bon Von tomorrow from 10 a.m. to noon, the chamber announced. The event aims to promote her new book and her community involvement as a small business owner and author.
