Garden club adds beauty to Square

Members of the Hernando Civic Garden Club this fall undertook a project to beautify the Courthouse Square in the DeSoto County Seat. Photos shown here are from the project done by members of the Hernando Civic Garden Club and the Youth Garden Club “Seedlings.”

The club planted pansies in 10 different planters around the Square along the sidewalk. Plans are also to keep them fresh with seasonal flowers on a quarterly basis. (All pictures are
