Floral design workshop held in Southaven

DeSoto Civic Garden Club member Jane Borgognoni presented a workshop on Floral Design at the M.R. Davis Library in Southaven on May 16. This workshop was offered free of charge to the public and all materials were provided by DeSoto Civic Garden Club. 

Participants learned about the characteristics of a Line Design, began choosing their flowers and leaves provided by the club and started creating their individual designs. The participants were then able to take their designs home with them.
