Detective Chase Wins Multiple Titles at 24th Annual LawFit Competition

The Horn Lake Police Department participated in the 24th Annual LawFit Competition over the weekend, marking a competitive and challenging event. The department’s Detective Chase secured first place in the female bench press, along with fourth place in sit-ups and pull-ups, and fifth in the sit-and-reach category, according to department officials.

Organizers praised the department’s efforts and congratulated Detective Chase on her accomplishments. The department also expressed gratitude to sponsors that supported the competitors, including Bullfrog Corner Pawn, Murphy and Sons Inc., Keller Williams Realty LLC, HQ Fitness-Hernando, and A2Z Advertising.

Deputy Chief Major Swan and Detective Chase received gear and training support from sponsors to prepare for the competition, officials said. The event showcased the physical fitness and resilience of law enforcement personnel from across the region.
