The DeSoto County Dream Center, in collaboration with the Advanced Dental Implant and TMJ Center, has announced the third annual SMILE Again event. This heartwarming initiative is dedicated to offering essential dental care to the underserved in DeSoto County helping them “SMILE Again”.
The SMILE Again Event will return on Aug. 16 at Happy Smiles, located at 2154 Goodman Road W. #1 in Horn Lake. This year, it is hoped to expand the reach to provide approximately 100 patients with free dental services. Sixty-five DeSoto County patients last year received nearly $40,000 worth of complimentary dental care.
With the help of approximately 60 dedicated volunteers, both dental professionals and community members, the SMILE Again Event will offer a range of treatments, including minor restorative fillings, extractions, and cleanings. The clinic doors will open at 8 a.m. and will remain open until we have reached our capacity for the day.

The ultimate goal with the SMILE Again Event is to eventually provide 1,000 patients in DeSoto County with free dental care.
