Olive Branch Mayor Ken Adams announced a chalk art contest on the grounds of the Historic Wesson House on Saturday, June 20, the mayor’s office said.
Registration will open at 8 a.m. and the event will begin at 9 a.m., the release said.
The contest prompt is “Our History Through Art.” Participants are encouraged to illustrate the history of the City of Olive Branch through chalk art, the release said.
Organizers said questions can be sent to info@obms.us. The release said the event is made possible with support from Visit Mississippi.
