Desoto County announced its annual spring cleanup will run April 11-19, 2026, with collection sites across the county. The Southaven site will be at the Greenbrook Softball Complex, 740 Stowewood, the county said.

Olive Branch Parks and Recreation announced its annual Children’s Fishing Rodeo for children 15 and younger at City Park’s amphitheater on May 9. Registration begins at 8 a.m.; the event runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the announcement said.
