The Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) has released its all-state volleyball teams for the 2023 season and two members of the Northpoint Christian Lady Trojans were included on the Division II-A team.

Northpoint players on the all-state team were outside hitter Quinn Thurman and middle hitter Kylee Reynolds.

Thurman and Reynolds, both juniors, were instrumental in getting the Lady Trojans to the TSSAA Division II-A state tournament last fall. Northpoint finished the season 21-7, dropping a four-set match to Middle Tennessee Christian and a five-set thriller to St. George’s of Collierville in the state tournament at Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The trip to state was the Lady Trojans’ third appearance with 2007 and 2021 being the other times at the tournament. Northpoint was the 2023 West Region champion .
