Monday sports: Lady Patriots, Lady Gators win North Half

Lewisburg and Lake Cormorant will return to the MHSAA state volleyball championship round to defend their titles won last season. Both schools claimed North Half championships on the road Monday night. Lewisburg advanced in 7A with a 3-1 victory over Germantown (Madison) and Lake Cormorant shut out Neshoba Central 3-0 to move on in 6A.
