Hustle announce deals involving international draft rights
July 9, 2025 – The Memphis Hustle of the NBA G League announced initial deals for their potential roster ahead of the 2025-26 season.
The Hustle Tuesday acquired the 2025 International Draft Rights to guard Gabriel Campos (No. 14 overall) from the Austin Spurs for the returning player rights to wing Eric Williams Jr.
Campos (5-10, 187) appeared in 37 games (29 starts) last season for Mogi das Cruzes of Nova Basquete Brasil and averaged 10.0 points and 4.7 assists in 24.7 minutes. The 24-year-old Guarulhos, Brazil, native has competed in 179 games (96 starts) across seven international seasons with Mogi das Cruzes, Corinthians and Pinheiros Sky.
Williams Jr. (6-7, 195) appeared in four games as a reserve during the 2023-24 season with the Memphis Hustle and averaged 2.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 11.9 minutes.
The Hustle also announced another deal Tuesday regarding international draft rights. The team acquired the returning player rights to guard Keifer Sykes and a 2026 second round pick (via Stockton) from the Windy City Bulls for the 2025 International Draft Rights to guard Jean-Jacques Boissy (No. 5 overall).
Sykes (5-11, 180) has appeared in 137 games (96 starts) across four seasons with the Windy City Bulls, Long Island Nets, Noblesville Boom and Austin Spurs averaging 12.1 points and 4.7 assists in 28.8 minutes. The 31-year-old Chicago native appeared in 32 games (11 starts) during the 2021-22 NBA season with the Indiana Pacers averaging 5.6 points and 1.9 assists in 17.7 minutes.
