DeSoto Central 5, Alton, Ill. 4

Note: DeSoto Central won in a walkoff, as Ethan Carter scored on an error by the Alton left fielder in the bottom of the seventh inning.  Conner Ferguson pitched six innings, allowed four runs, walked two and struck out five. Relief pitcher Griffin Powell won the game in relief for DeSoto Central with two strikeouts in the seventh. Austin Avent had two hits for the Jaguars. 

Northpoint Christian 8, Kirk Academy 5

Note: Jayden Parker homered and doubled for the Trojans in the victory. The Trojans took the lead with four runs in the fourth inning for a 6-3 lead. Parker scored three runs on three hits and two RBIs.
