William Scott to debut as Colin Craven at DeSoto Family Theatre

William Scott will make his DeSoto Family Theatre debut as Colin Craven, the theatre said. The production is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight, and tickets are available at dftonline.org/thesecretgarden, the theatre said.

The theatre said Scott is excited to join the cast. It listed some of his previous roles as Crutchie in “Newsies Jr.” and Bruce in “Finding Nemo Jr.”

DeSoto Family Theatre said Scott also plays soccer, is a Cub Scout, plays piano and sings with the Heartland Kids Praise Team. The announcement said he is thankful to the DFT production team for the opportunity.

The theatre’s post included the Bible reference Joshua 1:9, the announcement said. For ticket information, the theatre directed patrons to its website dftonline.org/thesecretgarden.
