Walls man dead in Robinsonville shooting
Tunica County authorities are investigating the shooting death of a Walls man.
According to a news release from Tunica County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a 911 call from Robinsonville resident Deondre Jones, who said someone had fired several shots into his home. Jones told deputies one person inside the home had been shot.
On arrival, deputies and first responders found a victim conscious but suffering from his injuries. The victim, later identified as Ladarius Ladell Golden, age 23 of Walls, was transported to Regional One Health in Memphis, where he was pronounced dead.
Golden was visiting a friend when the shots were fired from outside of the home, located at 2466 Kirby Road, Lot 74, in Robinsonville.
The shooting was reported to authorities shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, according to authorities.
