The Southaven Chamber of Commerce said it will host the Star Wars‑themed Par Wars: Golf & Games Tournament at Olive Branch Country Club, presented by Walk‑On’s Southaven.
Organizers said the event will pair traditional golf with pickleball, which the chamber said will be “powered by” Bangers Pickleball. The chamber said there will also be a costume contest for participants dressed as Jedi, Sith or other characters.
The chamber said breakfast will be provided by Coffee Central by Ethnos and lunch by Michael Hatcher & Associates‑Memphis. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Southaven Chamber Foundation, the chamber said.
The chamber said sponsorship opportunities remain available, from title sponsorships to hole and game sponsors, and that spots are limited. The chamber provided a registration link at https://bit.ly/4bZDYbX for teams and sponsors.
