The Southaven Chamber of Commerce announced an upcoming Par Wars: Golf & Games Tournament at Olive Branch Country Club, the chamber said in a social media post. The event will pair golf with a Star Wars-inspired theme and will include pickleball organized by Bangers Pickleball, the post said.
The chamber said the tournament will include a costume contest inviting participants to dress as Jedi, Sith or other characters. The post said the event will also provide networking opportunities for local professionals.
The chamber said Coffee Central by Ethnos will provide breakfast and Michael Hatcher & Associates-Memphis will provide lunch. The chamber said proceeds from the event will benefit the Southaven Chamber Foundation.
Sponsorship packages, from title sponsor to hole and game sponsors, remain available, the chamber said. The chamber provided a registration and sponsorship link and said spots are limited.
