The Southaven Chamber of Commerce said float spots and sponsorships are open for its Christmas parade, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m.
Chamber staff said they spent part of the week preparing for filming of a Netflix documentary about how the group organizes the parade.
The chamber said floats, lights and sponsors are typically locked in months before the event and that the best spots go quickly.
Those interested can reserve space by emailing info@southavenchamber.com or by commenting “PARADE” on the chamber’s post, the organization said. The event is presented by the Southaven Chamber of Commerce and the City of Southaven.
