Promotion announcement at DeSoto County Detention Center

Acording to the Desoto County Sheriff’s Office, Lieutenant Honey has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant at the DeSoto County Detention Center. Lt. Honey, who has been an integral part of the team for over two years, began his tenure as a Deputy Jailer and swiftly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional dedication and exemplary performance. Just over a year ago, he was promoted to the position of Sergeant, where his leadership qualities and commitment to duty were clearly evident.

Sheriff Tuggle highlighted that Lt. Honey’s promotion to Lieutenant is a testament to his unwavering commitment, outstanding work ethic, and the respect he has earned from both peers and superiors.
