Olive Branch to Hold Public Hearing on Zoning Change June 9

The Olive Branch Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6 p.m. to consider a zoning change and review a development plan, Mayor Ken Adams said.

The hearing will take place in the Municipal Court Room at 6900 Highland Street in Olive Branch, Mississippi, Adams said. The meeting is open to the public.

Adams said the uses proposed by the applicant are specific to each area of the property and that accompanying pictures and images are conceptual only. The commission will review those materials during the hearing, he said.

At the end of the hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Aldermen, Adams said.
