Olive Branch phone lines, including non-emergency number, experience outage

Phone lines for the City of Olive Branch are experiencing an outage, including the non-emergency number 662-895-4111, the city said.

The city said its vendor, Brightspeed, is aware of the issue and that officials are working to restore service as soon as possible. The city did not provide an estimated restoration time.

911 service is not affected. Residents should dial 911 for all emergencies, and the city said it will provide an update when its main lines are reconnected.
