Olive Branch phone lines down; 911 unaffected

The City of Olive Branch said its phone lines are down, including the nonemergency number 662-895-4111, according to Mayor Ken Adams and statements from the Olive Branch Police and Fire departments.

The outage does not affect 911, the city said.

The city said its vendor, Brightspeed, is aware of the issue and is working to restore service.

Officials urged residents to dial 911 for all emergencies and said they will provide updates when the main lines are reconnected.
