Sunset on the Square begins Thursday and will feature local food vendors on the square every Thursday night in June from 7 to 9 p.m., event organizers said.
Organizers said Dough Co. Pizza Pie will serve artisan wood-fired pizza; EmJ’s Italian Ice will offer 13 flavors of Italian ice; LK Creations, a family-owned business, will sell gourmet cookies and other baked goods; StaMar’s Concessions and Catering will serve carnival fare, burgers, hot dogs and quesadillas; 2 Southern Spoons food truck will offer build-your-own acai bowls, chopped subs and chicken salad; and The Honey Brew will operate a mobile coffee shop serving lattes, espresso and cappuccinos.
Organizers said the vendors will begin serving at the event Thursday and will return each Thursday in June.
