Labor Day weekend waste collection schedule
Garbage and recycle service within the unincorporated areas of DeSoto County will be affected during the Labor Day Holiday as Waste Pro, USA. will not provide service on Monday, Sept. 7.
Service will be one day late for the remainder of the week. (Mon-Tues, Tues-Wed, Wed-Thurs, Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat.)
County curbside rubbish and debris collection will also be affected. DeSoto County will not pick up on Monday, Sept. 7. Regularly scheduled routes will run Tuesday-Friday.
The DeSoto County Rubbish Facility, 5255 West Sandidge Road in Olive Branch, will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7. The pit will be open on all other regularly scheduled days with Saturday hours of 7 a.m.-2 p.m.
