The housing market in DeSoto County appears to continue on a brisk pace, according to a market update from Crye-Leike Realtors vice president and broker Tracy Kirkley.
Kirkley said more than 600 homes have sold through mid-March in DeSoto County, which is slightly more than the same period of 2021.
However, prices have increased, which is indicated by an significant jump in sales volume, Kirkley said.
