Feb. 3, 2025-The Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to what they are calling “the sweetest event of the year!” Treat yourself to a delightful journey through Hernando’s local retail stores this Saturday, Feb.8 as each shop will offer an array of chocolate treats and the latest Valentine’s Day trends.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., participating stores will welcome attendees with a variety of chocolate samples. Enjoy chocolates ranging from chocolate covered strawberries, to dark chocolate fudge, to chocolate wine- all for free! While indulging in these sweet treats, guests are encouraged to shop local for all of their Valentine’s Day needs.
Stores include Bon Von Gifts, Berryhill Farm Store, Bricks & Minifigs, Hernando Cheers Wine & Spirits, Cynthia’s Boutique, Saint + Social, Side Alley Gifts, Small Town Sass, The Square Cupboard, The Pink Zinnia, The Liquor Store, Magnolia Soap & Bath, and Olivia Taylor Boutique who will set up in Rise Up Acai Bar.
“We are so excited to be bringing this annual retail event back,” said Sibonie Swatzyna, Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. “It’s such a fun event every year for the community to get involved with. Who doesn’t love chocolate and shopping? We hope to see everyone out shopping locally on Saturday!”
