A 13-week GriefShare support group will begin Aug. 4 and meet Tuesdays from 6 to 8 p.m., facilitator Patrick Winans said.
Organizers said the group is intended to be a safe, welcoming place where participants can learn what to expect in the days ahead and what is “normal” during a season of grief. Winans said participants will learn coping strategies and receive support as they navigate grief.
