1.16.24 Board meeting agendas REVISED

Here are links to the board agendas for the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors meeting and city Boards of Aldermen meetings scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 16, and the special called meetings on Thursday, Jan. 18.

DeSoto County Board of Supervisors – Tuesday, Jan. 16, 9 a.m.

  • Board members will have a short meeting to declare a State of Emergency and then recess the meeting until Monday, Jan. 22 at 9 a.m.

Southaven Board of Aldermen – Tuesday, Jan. 18, 6 p.m.

  • The regular meeting of Tuesday, Jan. 16 has been moved to a special called meeting on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 6 p.m.

Olive Branch Board of Aldermen – Tuesday, Jan. 16, 6 p.m.

  • In an effort to ensure that no one is denied the opportunity to have their comments heard, board members will only discuss non-public comment items due to the inclement weather, and reschedule the three “Public Hearing” items to the Feb. 20 meeting

Hernando Board of Aldermen – Tuesday, Jan. 16, 6 p.m.

  • Board members will have an adjusted agenda to allow for votes on items that don’t have a need for public participation, such as planning items. The meeting will then be recessed until Tuesday, Jan. 23.

Horn Lake Board of Aldermen – Tuesday, Jan. 18, 6 p.m.

  • The Tuesday, Jan. 16 regular meeting has been moved to Thursday, Jan. 18 at 6 p.m.
