Football moves up in the NJCAA rankings, women’s soccer remains number one.

Latest rankings come out for Northwest teams.

A total of 12 home matches highlight this year’s slate, including 11 regular season contests.

Andrews and Dixon make up the 11th and 12th four-year signees in the past four seasons for Northwest

Northwest finished 21-2 overall, setting the program record for total wins and fewest losses in a single season.

Northwest will depart for the tournament on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 7 a.m. from the soccer complex on the Senatobia campus.

The NJCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Championship tournament is scheduled for Nov. 12-18 at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.

The battle will occur on Friday, Nov. 3 at 4:30 p.m. in Ellisville, with the winner advancing to Sunday evening’s championship match.

The win also helped Northwest improve to 9-0 in the MACCC and 16-0 overall, setting a new program record for wins in a single season.
