Yoder: Dear God

Send the Holy Spirit to draw them to you, Lord. I know that you love them.

What does it mean to take up our cross and follow Jesus? It means that we surrender all to Him.

Have you been around someone struggling for every breath? Witnessed that guppy-out-of-water gasping?

Loving one another is simply a reflection of the love the Lord has for us.

One of our problems is that our religion can become nothing more than a sideline that does not interfere with the main business of our lives.

It’s part of the daily snapshot of my life, every single day of my life. May you know that special love.

God remembers us all, holding every moment in His hands.

I hope that you have spent some time reading the greatest book in the world—the Bible.

In every “especially when” moment, I trust You, O Lord, my rock and my salvation.

Seeing God at work in small things is a key to being involved in the great things of the kingdom.
