MMSA names new leaders

JACKSON, Miss. (Sept. 19, 2025) — The Mississippi Main Street Association has promoted Jeannie Waller Zieren of Oxford as executive director and Beth Raney of Clinton as deputy director.

Zieren, with MMSA since 2008, will oversee statewide advocacy and development efforts. Raney, who joined in 2019, will manage grants, projects, and operations.

Board president Kelle Barfield said the promotions strengthen MMSA’s leadership as it continues its mission of revitalizing Mississippi’s downtowns.
