MEMA opens call center for North Mississippi residents 

The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, MEMA Call Center is open to help those affected by the ice storm and power outages in North Mississippi. The Call Center is now open as of Sunday, Feb. 5. The number to the Call Center is 1-833-591-6362. Hours of operation will be 7 a.m.-7 p.m.  until further notice.  

The MEMA Call Center can provide residents with resource information and  coordinate with other partners to assist with any unmet special needs. Residents  are also encouraged to report power outages using Crisis Track at the following link.  To find your county click the drop-down menu and report your outage.
