AG Fitch launches free app for Mississippians
JACKSON, Miss. — Attorney General Lynn Fitch on Friday announced the launch of AGO in Action, a free mobile app designed to give Mississippians quick access to key resources offered by the Attorney General’s Office.
The app provides tools for locating free naloxone, reporting robocalls, accessing consumer protection information, and learning more about AGO initiatives. Fitch said the goal is to make vital services easier to reach for residents across the state.
“AGO in Action is about meeting people where they are and making sure they have access to the resources they need, when they need them,” Fitch said. “Whether someone is looking for naloxone, reporting robocalls, or looking for information on an Attorney General’s Office initiative, our new app puts information right at their fingertips.”
The app includes a dedicated consumer protection section where users can learn how to avoid scams, stop unwanted robocalls, and find digital safety resources for families. A naloxone locator tool helps residents identify where to obtain the life‑saving medication, which can reverse opioid overdoses involving heroin or fentanyl.
Mississippi’s law enforcement community also receives a specialized tab featuring upcoming AGO trainings, domestic violence and human trafficking reference guides, and access to the Domestic Violence and Protection Order Registries.
Officials said the app is intended to serve as a one‑stop hub for public safety information, allowing users to stay informed about AGO programs, public events, and statewide initiatives. Residents can also opt in to receive alerts and updates directly through the platform.
The AGO in Action app is available now as a free download on Apple and Android devices.
