Spiritual Care Network to Host Free Networking Lunch

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — The Spiritual Care Network of the Mid-South will host its free monthly networking lunch in DeSoto County on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brown Missionary Baptist Church, 7200 Swinnea Road in Southaven. The event will take place in the church’s Fill My Cup Room, located at the rear entrance.

Organizers say the monthly gatherings are designed to connect professionals and community members across mental health, addiction care, faith, and social services. The goal is to build bridges between sectors while encouraging collaboration and support.

“These meetings are some of the best networking opportunities in 2025,” organizers said in announcing the event. “Everyone who attends leaves encouraged, educated, empowered, and enlightened.”

The luncheon is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to bring their resources to share with others.
