Northpoint Christian 3, FACS 1
Note: KL Farr struck out 10 for Northpoint in the victory, allowed four hits and one run in 6.1 innings pitched. Northpoint rallied for two runs in the second inning and scored an insurance run in the sixth. Jayden Parker scored twice for the Trojans and had two hits to lead the offense. Brett Whitten doubled.

Hernando 8, Oxford 6
Note: Hernando won the game with five runs in the top of the seventh inning to remain unbeaten in Region 1-7A play. Preston Johnson had a pair of doubles for the Tigers. Luke Romine homered and drove in four runs. Johnson was the winning pitcher in relief with two innings pitched, two walks and two strikeouts.
Lewisburg 10, DeSoto Central 0 (5 innings)
Note: Patriots ended the game with the run-rule with five runs in the fifth inning. DeSoto Central was held to just one hit. Easton Fesmire scored three runs, Talon Haley got two hits, and Austin Hannigan drove in two runs to lead the offense. Haley doubled and Kody Gilmore tripled for the Patriots. Stone McCaughey was the winning pitcher with one hit allowed, three walks and six strikeouts.
Northpoint Christian 17, FACS 6
Note: Northpoint put the game away with eight runs in the seventh inning. J Robinson was credited with the win with 3.2 innings pitched, one hit allowed, six runs allowed, five walks and two strikeouts. KL Farr tripled for the Trojans. Seth Giamportone had two hits and three RBIs, Brett Whitten scored a run, had two hits and also drove in three runs. Isaiah Nolan had four hits in five at-bats.
Southaven 12 Horn Lake 2 (6 inning)
Note: Southaven scored seven runs in the last three innings for the victory to bolster a 5-2 lead after three. Stephen Tolbert had three RBIs on two hits. Sam McClinton tripled, Chris Mann and Jayson Smith doubled. Smith was the winning pitcher with eight strikeouts, five walks, two runs and three hits allowed. Carluze had two hits for Horn Lake.
Lake Cormorant 10, Center Hill 9
Note: Gators claimed a walk-off win with four runs in the bottom of the seventh. Walker Wixon had four hits and Brayden Moberly had three RBIs for the Gators. Jake Romero and Derrin Randle scored twice. JaMaryon Warren scored four times for Center Hill, while Houston Green hit safely four times and drove in three runs. Green doubled and tripled for the Mustangs.
Prep softball
Lewisburg 14, Southaven 0 (4 innings)
Note: Lady Patriots posted an eight-run third inning for the run-rule victory. Leah Walker threw a no-hitter, allowed one walk and struck out seven. Walker also homered for Lewisburg. Payton Moss scored one run, had two hits and drove in three runs. Karleigh Woods scored three times, had three hits and had two RBIs.
DeSoto Central 12, Oxford 0 (5 innings)
Note: DeSoto Central scored five times in the fourth inning to win in run-rule fashion. Winning pitcher Colby Young allowed two hits and struck out six. Darby Smith doubled, scored two runs and drove in two hits for the Lady Jags. Mikayla Johnson also had two RBIs.
Northpoint Christian 19, Harding Academy 0 (3 innings)
Note: Northpoint scored 14 runs in the second inning. Trinity Garvin threw a no-hitter with three strikeouts. Josey Jones, Macie Dever-Boaz, Maggie McElhaney, and Sailor Cole all homered.
