The Northwest Mississippi Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) will host its annual State Qualifying Golf Scramble for the 17th year on Monday August 28 at Cherokee Valley Golf Club in Olive Branch. Sixty four-man teams have registered to play in two flights. The top three teams in net and gross will be eligible to play in the State Playoff to be held at Mossy Oak in West Point on Oct. 16.
While there are no more team, title, corporate or drink cart sponsorships, hole sponsorships are still available at $175.
All proceeds will go to the Northwest Mississippi FCA which is led by John Engstrom, a former basketball player at Ole Miss. He directs a staff of 17 covering 22 counties. The mission of the FCA is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
