Three Guys Pizza Pies in Southaven marked a new chapter Monday morning as the Southaven Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the restaurant’s recent renovations and its ownership transition last summer.

The pizzeria has been operated by Clay Swindle, Justin Stevens, Fabian Nelson, and Logan Strickland since June 2025, when the group purchased both the Southaven and Lakeland, Tennessee locations from longtime owners Dave and Melissa Pippin.

Since taking over, the new ownership team has invested in updates to modernize the space and enhance the dining experience. Renovations include refreshed interior finishes, seating, and operational upgrades designed to streamline service.

According to the restaurant’s website, Three Guys Pizza Pies emphasizes fresh, scratch‑made dough, in‑house shredded mozzarella, and daily‑prepped toppings, continuing the brand’s commitment to handcrafted, high‑quality pizza.

At Monday’s ribbon cutting, the owners highlighted their plans to continue growing the brand while preserving its identity.
