The Southaven Chamber of Commerce and Southaven Chamber Foundation are teaming up to host a Hospitality Hiring Fair aimed at connecting local employers with job seekers before the busy holiday season, according to an announcement from the Southaven Chamber of Commerce.
The fair is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Ranger Center at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Participating employers can meet potential employees face-to-face, recruit for full-time, part-time and seasonal positions, conduct on-the-spot interviews and connect with local talent.
Participation is free for Southaven Chamber members and costs $50 for nonmembers. Organizers said tables and chairs will be provided, while employers should bring their job opportunities. Businesses can reserve a hiring table through the event’s registration link.
