The Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with local organizations to host a community food drive this month. Residents are encouraged to drop off nonperishable food items at the City Hall Rotunda to support the Olive Branch Food Pantry and the DeSoto County Dream Center: Olive Branch, according to a news release.
City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Donations can be made during these hours. Officials noted that City Hall will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 7, 2026.
The food drive aims to fill shelves and provide aid to neighbors in need, organizers said. Community members are urged to contribute and share kindness with those served by local charities.
