Olive Branch city buildings to close Friday for Independence Day

Olive Branch officials said City Hall and other city buildings will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.

Emergency services and garbage collection will not be affected, the city said.

City fireworks will be held inside City Park at the conclusion of the Light the Way Freedom Fest, the release said.

Mayor Ken Adams, the Board of Aldermen and city officials wished residents a safe holiday weekend, Olive Branch said in the release.
