Northwest Mississippi Community College holds employee convocation ahead of centennial

Northwest Mississippi Community College said employees gathered for an Employee Convocation focused on unity and planning for the future as the school nears its centennial.

The college said participants spent the morning in conversation, shared goals for the future and celebrated the people who make the college special.

“100 years behind us. The best days still ahead,” the college wrote in a social media post announcing the convocation, the post said.

The college added that the event reflected optimism about the institution’s next chapter and closed the post with the rallying cry “Go Rangers!”
