The North Mississippi Hummingbird Festival is scheduled for next weekend at Snowden Grove’s June Wheeler Memorial Hummingbird Garden. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Festival organizers said the event will feature educational speakers and conservation groups. Attendees can also enjoy arts and crafts vendors, children’s activities, and food trucks offering refreshments.
Vendors and speakers will be stationed at Snowden House, which is within walking distance of the garden, organizers said. The festival aims to celebrate hummingbirds and promote conservation efforts in the region.
