The Halloween Spooktacular Centennial Carnival is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the DeSoto campus, according to the Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce.
The event is planned from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 5197 W.E. Ross Parkway in Southaven. The chamber said it is partnering with Northwest for an evening of spooky carnival fun open to trick-or-treaters throughout the community.
