BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Bradford Health Services has named Stacy Dodd as the 2025 Business Development Representative of the Year. The prestigious award comes as the organization accelerates its massive local expansion with a new $25 million facility in Southaven now under construction.

A Legacy of Dedication and Care

Dodd, a recently credentialed Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), was honored during Bradford Health Services’ annual corporate holiday event in Birmingham. The award recognizes Dodd’s “unwavering dedication” and “outstanding work ethic” within a nationwide network that has served over 20,000 patients since its inception in 2015.

“Received the honor of a lifetime tonight,” Dodd shared following the ceremony. “I never dreamed I’d get to do what I do every day. We have the greatest mission in the universe, and I am humbled to be part of such an incredible organization.”

Bradford leadership praised Dodd’s role in connecting those struggling with substance use disorders to life-saving treatment. “This recognition is a testament to your commitment to providing the highest standard of care and consistently going beyond in your duties,” the organization stated.

Investing in the Delta: $25M Facility Set for Spring 2026 Completion

The individual achievement coincides with a major infrastructure investment in the region. Following a formal groundbreaking ceremony back in February, construction is now in full swing for the new Woodland Recovery Center expansion in Southaven.

The project, representing a $25 million investment, is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2026. The 27,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will feature:

  • 100-Bed Capacity: Significantly increasing access to inpatient recovery services for the Delta region.
  • Modern Therapeutic Environment: A space specifically designed to reflect the highest standards of evidence-based addiction treatment.
  • Economic Growth: The expansion is set to bolster the local workforce by creating numerous new healthcare and support jobs.

Strengthening Local Recovery Communities

With over 30 locations nationwide, Bradford’s local presence is anchored by Woodland Recovery Centers in Southaven and Memphis. The 2026 opening represents a continued commitment to ensuring residents have access to premier drug and alcohol rehab services close to home.
