Circle K promotion offers discounted gas prices

Drivers needing an extra fillup today may try to wait until this afternoon to head to the gas pump. 

Circle K has declared today as Circle K Fuel Day. What that means is that Circle K locations that sell gasoline across the United States will offer up to 40 cents per gallon savings directly at the pump between 4-7 p.m.  

The discount is on all types of gasoline and the sale price is reflected at the pump. Customers in line before 7 p.m. will get the discount, the company said.  

Nationally, there are more than 5,000 Circle K locations. There are close to 100 Mississippi locations, about a dozen of which are in DeSoto County.  

The American Automobile Association (AAA) reports about 72 million Americans will be driving for the Thanksgiving holiday, so today’s discount will likely come in handy for those planning to travel ahead of the holiday.
