“Challenge Design Program” attended by flower show judges

During the summer of 2023, the Mississippi Flower Show Judges Council, which is a group of twenty-four flower show judges, attended a Challenge Design meeting at the Jackson Country Club in Jackson.

Of those in attendance, three members were chosen by the audience to participate in creating a design. They came forward with no prior knowledge of any of the details of the design. Later the merits of each design were critiqued. The program leader for the event was Amye Kelly who is a member of the DeSoto Civic Garden Club and Design Masters Study Club.

The DeSoto Civic Garden Club is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc., Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc., and The Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc.
