Celtic Woman to welcome the Christmas season at the Heindl Center

Nov 19, 2024- Northwest Mississippi Community College’s Heindl Center for the Performing Arts welcomes Christmas and Celtic Woman as they play their White Christmas Symphony Tour on Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m.
The multi-platinum singing group is made up of Irish women and has had a variety of women make up the group over the years. They’re known for their performance of traditional, contemporary and original songs featuring band, bagpipers, and dancers. They are the most successful all-female group in Irish history with 10 million album sales, and over 3 billion online streams.
For 20 years they have performed together, and this is the first time they’ve ever performed in Senatobia, Mississippi. They have appeared in various forms of American media including the 2009 National Christmas Tree Lighting, “Dancing with the Stars”, and in American soap operas like “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
