BankPlus Amphitheater announces fall lineup

Five concerts to be held Sept. 10-Oct. 19

Aug. 19, 2024 – BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove in Southaven will host five additional shows during the remainder of its 2024 season. The fall lineup features diverse artists across genres, with concerts taking place Sept. 10 through Oct. 19.

The fall concert lineup includes:

  • Sept. 10 – The Smashing Pumpkins with PVRIS
  • Sept. 27 – Megadeth with Mudvayne & All That Remains
  • Oct. 10 – Boyz II Men with Robin Thicke 
  • Oct. 15 – The Black Crowes
  • Oct. 19 – Kidz Bop Live 2024

“2024 has been exceptional so far for us here at BankPlus Amp, with over 27,000 fans enjoying live entertainment,” said Todd Mastry, BankPlus Amphitheater executive director. “We look forward to welcoming more music lovers to our world-class venue for the diverse artists we have joining us in September and October.”

Alternative rock icons, The Smashing Pumpkins, perform Tuesday, Sept. 10, with The World Is A Vampire Tour. Known for hits like, “Bullet With Butterfly Wings”, “1979”, “Today” and “Tonight, Tonight”, The Smashing Pumpkins continue to find success nearly four decades after forming. Joining them on this tour is pop rock act PVRIS (pronounced “Paris”), known for its blend of rock beats and dreamy electronica.

Megadeth, a thrash metal band, brings their Destroy All Enemies Tour to town Friday, Sept. 27. Considered pioneers of the genre, Megadeth has released 16 studio albums, five of which have been certified platinum and they have been nominated for 12 Grammys. Opening this show are fellow metal bands Mudvayne and All That Remains. 

R&B legends, Boyz II Men, take the stage Thursday, Oct. 10. With timeless ballads like “End of the Road” and “I’ll Make Love to You”, the group’s a cappella harmonies are not to be missed. Boyz II Men is joined by pop and R&B singer Robin Thicke. 

The Happiness Bastards tour from The Black Crowes makes its way to Southaven Tuesday, Oct. 15. The blues-infused rock band promises an electrifying performance featuring hits like “Hard to Handle”, “She Talks to Angels” and “Remedy”.

Kidz Bop Live 2024 closes out the 2024 season. Perfect for the whole family, Kidz Bop is a great opportunity for children to attend their first concert. The ultimate pop show features music by kids for kids, including current hits like, “Dance the Night” by Dua Lipa, “Cruel Summer” by Taylor Swift and “Used to be Young” by Miley Cyrus.
