Lt. Steiner completed the FBI-LEEDA trilogy this week, his department said. The three-part program includes the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute, FBI-LEEDA says.

Olive Branch police and fire departments said they responded to a reported structure fire at Vineyard Apartments, Building 32, at 9400 Goodman Road and have secured the scene. The city and Mayor Ken Adams asked residents to avoid the area.
